Punjab CRPD Announces Vacancies for Deputy Director and Assistant Directors

Position Details and Eligibility
- Deputy Director (Admin & Finance)
· Number of Posts: 1
· Monthly Lump Sum Salary: Rs. 150,000/-
· Maximum Age: 45 years
· Education: A Master’s degree in Project Management, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
· Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management, program implementation, or community development, preferably in the non-profit or social welfare sector with a focus on disability.
- Assistant Director (Administration)
· Number of Posts: 1
· Monthly Lump Sum Salary: Rs. 120,000/-
· Maximum Age: 35 years
· Education: A Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Experience: A minimum of 2 years in office administration, human resources, procurement, or general management, preferably in a public sector or non-profit organization.
- Assistant Director (Research, Data & Evaluation)
· Number of Posts: 1
· Monthly Lump Sum Salary: Rs. 120,000/-
· Maximum Age: 35 years
· Education: A Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Data Science, Sociology, Public Health, or a related field.
· Experience: A minimum of 2 years in data collection, statistical analysis, survey design, or research methodologies, particularly in social surveys or health assessments.
Key Terms and Conditions
The CRPD has outlined several important conditions for prospective applicants:
· Contract Duration: The initial appointment will be on a one-year contract basis, with a possibility of extension as per government rules and policy.
· Application Deadline: Completed applications must reach the office of the Director General (SW & BM) / Secretary CRPD by post no later than June 1, 2026, before office closing hours.
· Required Documents: Applicants must submit a Curriculum Vitae, two passport-sized pictures, attested photocopies of educational certificates, Punjab domicile, CNIC copy, experience certificates, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant department for in-service candidates. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are encouraged to apply and must attach their disability certificate.
· Selection Process: Only complete applications received via courier by the deadline will be considered. Furthermore, only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
· Age Relaxation: Age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits mentioned for each post.
