The Bank of Punjab Announces Senior Leadership Role in Digital Banking
The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing financial institutions with a legacy spanning over 35 years, has announced a high-level career opening within its Operations Group. As the bank continues to expand its digital footprint through its network of over 900 branches and ATMs, it is seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Head Cards & Digital Banking Operations.

Role Overview
- Position: Head Cards & Digital Banking Operations (Operations Group)
- Grade: Band-4 to Band-2
- Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the infrastructure for both Issuing and Acquiring card services. Core duties include:
- Operational Support: Providing technical and operational backing for system enhancements, migrations, and technology upgrades.
- Strategic Management: Overseeing the development of operational manuals and SOPs for diverse product portfolios.
- Financial Oversight: Managing financial settlements and reconciliations with major payment schemes for credit cards and merchant acquiring.
- Specialized Operations: Supervising dispute resolution (chargebacks), domestic switch reconciliations (ATM, UBPS), and branchless banking operations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring periodic reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this senior leadership position, applicants must meet the following stringent requirements:
