Lakki Marwat DHO Announces Recruitment for 16 EPI Vaccinators on Fixed Pay


The Office of the District Health Officer (DHO) has released a job advertisement for the recruitment of 16 EPI Vaccinators. The hiring process, which falls under the administration’s drive to strengthen the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

According to the official notice, these positions are offered on a fixed-pay basis for a duration of one year, with a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000 per individual.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for the EPI Vaccinator (BPS-06) position must meet specific educational requirements. Applicants are required to have obtained at least a Second Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a recognized board.

Additionally, candidates must hold a two-year diploma from the Faculty of Paramedics & Allied Health Sciences KP Peshawar (FPAHIS) . The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 32 years, with relaxations applicable according to existing government rules.

Application Process via ETEA

The DHO has mandated that all applications be submitted online through the ETEA website. The process will begin on June 1st, 2026, and the deadline for online submissions is June 25th, 2026.

To apply, candidates must first create a profile on the ETEA website. A critical step in the process involves verifying their CNIC number through a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, applicants will be unable to apply for the post. After successful online submission, a deposit slip will be generated, and the prescribed non-refundable test fee must be paid via Easypaisa or at any UBL Bank branch.

Key Terms and Conditions

The authorities have outlined several strict conditions for the recruitment process:

· Scrutiny & Disqualification: While candidates will be provisionally allowed to take the ETEA screening test, detailed scrutiny will be carried out later. Any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
· Quotas: A 10% quota has been reserved for female candidates, a 2% quota for disabled candidates, and a 0.5% quota for minority candidates.
· Test & Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
· Rules: The recruitment will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules of 2026.
· Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalence certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Important Instructions for Candidates

The DHO has advised candidates not to send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office immediately after applying. Copies of documents will only be required from candidates who qualify for the screening test. Roll number slips will be available for download via SMS and the ETEA website, and no separate call letters will be issued by post.

The competent authority has reserved the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies. The notice also carries a clear warning: “Zero Tolerance to Corruption.”
