1. Resident Engineer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Must be PEC registered. A Master’s Degree in Construction/Project Management will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and implementation of infrastructure projects or a similar role.

2. Assistant Resident Engineer (Civil / MEP)

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Must be PEC registered. A Master’s Degree in Construction/Project Management or a relevant discipline will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and implementation of infrastructure projects or a similar role.

3. Junior Engineer / Site Engineer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Must be PEC registered.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in planning & coordination and/or construction supervision of infrastructure projects or a similar role.

4. HSE Officer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline / Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university. NEBOSH/IOSH certification will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and implementation of infrastructure projects or a similar role.

5. Quantity Surveyor

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil) / Diploma or Professional Certification in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in verification of Bills/Claims, Variation Orders, quantity estimation, cost estimations, and cost/rate analysis or a similar role.

6. Material Engineer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil / Material / Geological Engineering or Geology from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in material testing, mix design, & quality assurance or a similar role.

7. Site Inspector (Civil / MEP)

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in site supervision, inspection, and reporting or a similar role.

8. Surveyors

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil) / Diploma in Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in topographic surveys and field measurements or a similar role.

9. Lab Technicians

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil) / Diploma in Material Testing.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in field and lab testing for materials or a similar role.

10. Junior Site Inspectors (Civil)
