Government College University (GCU) Lahore has announced several vacant positions for its Department of Intermediate Studies, seeking motivated and insightful academics to join one of Pakistan’s most prestigious educational institutions. Available Positions and Eligibility
GCU Lahore is inviting applications for two primary faculty categories across a wide range of disciplines:
- Visiting Faculty: Candidates must hold a BA/BSc (Hons), MA/M.Sc, or MPhil degree. Preference will be given to those with teaching experience in relevant subjects at Government Colleges or HEC-recognized institutions.
- Senior Visiting Faculty: Applicants require an MA/M.Sc/MPhil with at least 10 years of teaching experience, or a PhD with 05 years of teaching experience.

- Required Documents: The completed application form must be accompanied by attested copies of all testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, and a CV.
- Submission Deadline: Applications must reach the Registrar’s Office by post no later than May 18, 2026.
Important Notes for Applicants
- Induction Training: Hired faculty will undergo a mandatory month-long induction training program.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews; notably, no TA/DA will be provided for this process.
