Available Positions
1. Regional Manager – SME (AVP / VP)
- Reporting to: Regional Executive – Inclusive Development.
- Location: Mansehra.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation; a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
- At least 6 years of banking experience, with 3 years specifically in a leadership role (Team Leader/Unit Head/Regional Manager).
- Deep knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and SME lending.
- Core Responsibilities: Meeting business growth targets for SME lending, managing credit proposals, and ensuring compliance with risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.
2. Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Center (AVP / VP)
- Reporting to: Head Commercial Center.
- Locations: Faisalabad, Karachi, Multan, and Lahore.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation; candidates with a Master’s degree or professional certifications like AIBP/JAIBP will be preferred.
- At least 6 years of banking experience, with 2 years in Business Lending, Commercial Financing, or Corporate Banking.
- Core Responsibilities: Developing business strategies to book quality assets, leading a team of Relationship Managers, and managing high-value commercial portfolios.
3. Relationship Manager – Commercial Center (OG-I / AVP)
- Reporting to: Senior Relationship Manager.
- Locations: Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, and Sialkot.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation; higher degrees or AIBP/JAIBP certifications are advantageous.
- At least 4 years of banking experience in Business Lending or Commercial Financing.
- Core Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, conducting financial analysis, and cross-selling the bank’s financing products.
4. Relationship Officer – Commercial Center (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Relationship Manager.
- Locations: Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Lahore, and Sialkot.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Lending, Commercial Financing, or SME banking.
- Core Responsibilities: Assisting the Senior Relationship Manager in growing the commercial portfolio, conducting credit reviews, and ensuring timely service delivery to clients.
