Career Opportunity: Process Design Officer at Meezan Bank


Meezan Bank, recognized as Pakistan’s premier Islamic bank, has announced a new career opportunity for professionals in the field of process improvement. The bank is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Officer, Process Design (PDCX) at its Head Office.

This role is situated within the Research, Process & Governance division of the Centralized Operations Group. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for researching, designing, and refining customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline banking procedures.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with process design objectives. The officer will also be tasked with preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and supporting process implementation initiatives. A critical part of the role involves monitoring outcomes and identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement.

Eligibility & Experience Requirements:

· Education: Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute. A qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.
· Experience: Applicants should have at least 3-4 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or similar roles.
