Govt. Post Graduate College Nowshera Cantt Announces Temporary Teaching Positions

The Office of the Principal/JMC Coordinator at the Government Post Graduate College, Nowshera Cantt, has officially announced job openings for teaching positions on a purely temporary basis. The initial hiring contract is for a duration of eight (08) months, with the possibility of an extension if required.

Vacancies are available for one teacher per subject across two local colleges.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following baseline requirements to be considered for these roles:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Master’s degree or a 4-year BS degree (16 years of education) with at least a 2nd division in the relevant field.
• Domicile: Candidates must hold a valid domicile for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
• Age Limit: Applicants must not be above 35 years of age on the final date of application submission.
• Gender Restraints: Female candidates are eligible to apply for GGDC Shaidu, while male candidates are eligible to apply for GDC Kheshgi.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates must follow the designated procedure to submit their applications:

1. Obtain the Form: Pick up the prescribed application form directly from the Govt. Post Graduate College.
2. Prepare the Documents: Attach attested photocopies of your academic documents, a recent photograph, CNIC, domicile, and an updated CV.
3. Envelope Labeling: Candidates must clearly mention the name of the subject they are applying for on the envelope.
4. Submission Deadline: Submit the complete application package to the college during regular working hours on or before July 27th.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and called in for an interview or practical demonstration. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Experience Validity: Only experience certificates issued by recognized institutions will be accepted.
• Service Rules: The remuneration is strictly payable for the contract period only. The hiring does not confer any right to the regularization of services, and the services of the hired staff will be strictly non-transferable.
• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies during the recruitment process.
