Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

MOFA is seeking to recruit legal experts for two major roles. The specific qualifications and experience requirements for each post are detailed below:

1. Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II)

• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Ph.D. in any field of International Law with 05 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.
  • OR
  • Master’s in any field of International Law with 07 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.

2. Assistant Legal Advisor (MP-III)

• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  • Ph.D. in any field of International Law with 03 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.
  • OR
  • Master’s in any field of International Law with 05 years of experience as a licensed practicing Advocate in Pakistan.

Key Job Details

• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (to be calculated as on the closing date of the submission of applications).
• Tenure of Contract: Initially for a period of three (03) years, further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.
• Selection Basis: Open Merit.

The selected candidates will receive highly attractive salary packages according to the MP Scales Policy 2020:
