- Mandatory Qualifications: * Completion of a 3-month Intelligence course from recognized institutions such as SMI, DSI/NIA, SOI, or the Naval Intelligence & IB Academy.
- At least 4 years of post-intelligence course experience in field intelligence operation setups.
- Special Note for Female Candidates: While the specific intelligence course requirements listed above are noted as “not applicable” for female candidates, women with experience serving in any intelligence setup are highly encouraged to apply and will be preferred. An experience certificate must be attached to their CV.

- Probation: Selected candidates will initially serve a 6-month probation period.
- Preferred Backgrounds: Retired officers from the Police, Civil/Military Intelligence agencies, or law enforcement (JCOs, NCOs, Inspectors, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
- Local Preference: Candidates proficient in local languages and familiar with the specific work locations will be given preference.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for tests or interviews.
