Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
1. Educational Background
- Minimum Requirement: Intermediate degree.
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
2. Professional Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field (sales, business development, or franchise management).
3. Key Skills & Competencies
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and implementing effective business strategies.
- Experience in actively monitoring franchisee performance and ensuring compliance with company objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and conduct ground verifications/field visits.

- Conveyance: Preference will be given to candidates who own their own conveyance (Motorbike).
- Documentation: Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview. Government/Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
