1. Chief Internal Auditor
- Positions: 01
- Maximum Age: 57 years
- Role Summary: The Chief Internal Auditor leads NDRMF’s internal audit function, delivering objective, evidence-based assurance regarding risk management, governance, and internal controls in compliance with the SOE Act 2023 and the NDRMF Internal Audit Charter. Reports functionally to the Audit & Finance Committee/Board of Directors and administratively to the CEO.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body with qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACMA, or an MBA (Finance) from a reputed local/international institution.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, internal control design, and compliance within the public/private sector or public sector projects/SOEs.
2. Deputy Manager – Gender & Development
- Positions: 01
- Maximum Age: 57 years
- Role Summary: Manages NDRMF’s Gender & Development (GAD) portfolio, leading gender mainstreaming across operations and projects. Responsibilities include implementing GAD policy and strategy, integrating gender safeguards, and ensuring compliance with international donor standards.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related discipline focused on gender and safeguards.
- Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience in the development sector, with at least 5 years focused on gender mainstreaming aligned with donor safeguard frameworks (e.g., World Bank ESF, ADB SPS).
- Strong expertise in gender action plans, gender analysis, safeguards compliance in DRM/climate resilience, and ESG risk mitigation.
