Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this specialized role, candidates must meet the following professional requirements:
- Education: An MBBS or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the HEC.
- Certification: Mandatory FCPS or FRCS in General Ophthalmology.
- Specialization: A second Fellowship (FCPS) specifically in Paediatric Ophthalmology.
- Surgical Expertise: Proficiency in performing paediatric ophthalmic surgeries, including strabismus, congenital cataract, and retinopathy-related procedures.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid PMDC license.
- Preferred Qualification: Candidates holding a supervisorship from the CPSP will be given preference.
