Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (Punjmin) Staff Hiring 2026
The Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (Punjmin), an autonomous body under the Mines & Minerals Department, Government of Punjab, has announced the engagement of staff on a Contingent Basis. Punjmin is actively involved in the production and marketing of minerals like Coal, Rock Salt, Gypsum, Silica Sand, and Bauxite.
To support its ongoing field operations and projects across the Punjab province, applications are invited for multiple technical, administrative, and field support roles.

General Terms & Conditions
- Nature of Appointment: Appointments are purely on a contingent basis and do not confer any right to permanent employment or regularization. The employment will remain valid until the end of the financial year 2026–27 or until the completion of the respective project.
- Wages: Payments will be made on a daily-rate basis in accordance with the rates approved by the Finance Wing of Punjmin (varying by position and location, e.g., higher daily allowances for Head Office/Lahore roles compared to field projects).
- NOC Requirement: Existing government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during their interview.
