Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

To qualify for the Monitoring Officer position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Public Health, Public Administration, Public Policy, or Hospital Management).
    • Candidates with degrees in other relevant fields will also be considered.
  • Work Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with direct field monitoring experience.
  • Age Limit:
    • Between 23 and 45 years (Age will be calculated as of the last date of application submission).

Terms and Conditions

  • Salary Package: A lump-sum salary package as admissible under Government rules will be offered.
  • Eligibility: Only candidates holding a local domicile of Balochistan are eligible to apply.
  • Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channels.
  • Selection Process:
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the final interview.
    • In case of a large volume of applicants, the department reserves the right to set threshold criteria for shortlisting.
    • No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests or interviews.
  • Document Verification: Selected candidates must produce all original documents alongside a set of attested photocopies (CV, educational degrees, and verifiable experience certificates) during the interview. Submission of fake documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
