BBS-UTECH Khairpur Mirs Announces Multiple Teaching & Non-Teaching Positions
The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development (BBS-UTECH) in Khairpur Mirs, Sindh, has released a new career opportunity notice for qualified candidates holding Sindh domicile. The university, chartered by the Government of Sindh and approved by the HEC Islamabad, is seeking applications for both teaching and non-teaching roles on a regular and contract basis.
Available Positions
The university is looking to fill five distinct positions across various departments:
· Associate Professor (Artificial Intelligence) – BPS-20 (Regular, 1 post)
· Lecturer (Artificial Intelligence) – BPS-18 (Regular, 1 post)
· Lecturer (Mechanical Engineering Technology) – BPS-18 (Regular, 2 posts)
· Director (Works & Services) – BPS-19/20 (Contract, 1 post)
· Accountant – BPS-16 (Contract, 1 post)
Application Process & Key Instructions

A non-refundable processing fee is required in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order from any scheduled bank, made payable to the university. The fee structure is as follows:
· Rs. 5,000 for BPS-19 and above
· Rs. 3,000 for BPS-18 posts
· Rs. 2,000 for the BPS-16 post
Candidates currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel and include a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
Applications must include attested photocopies of Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and Experience Certificates. For the Associate Professor position (BPS-20), candidates must attach four bound sets of research publications and also email the same to hr@bbsutsd.edu.pk.
All applications must be sent via courier or registered post to the Registrar’s address. Hand-delivered applications will not be entertained.
Important Policies & Deadline
· Quota: Reserved for differently-abled persons, women, and religious minorities as per Government of Sindh policy.
· Academic Requirement: A 3rd division in the entire academic career is not acceptable.
· Age Relaxation: Admissible as per government policy.
· University Rights: The institution reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or cancel any advertised position without assigning a reason.
