Position Overview

• Role: Segment Head Digital Product Development (Digital Banking Group)
• Grade: Band-5 to Band-3

Key Responsibilities and Job Summary

The selected candidate will be central to the bank’s digital transformation strategy, managing the complete lifecycle of digital product execution. Primary responsibilities include:

• Execution & Strategy: Leading the execution of digital banking initiatives across all digital channels.
• Project Delivery: Translating overarching business objectives into structured delivery plans, functional requirements, project roadmaps, sprint plans, and implementation milestones.
• Requirement Management: Governing business requirement gathering, gap analysis, prioritization, functional specifications, and change requests.
• Agile Governance: Managing agile and hybrid project delivery mechanisms, including backlog management, workstream planning, release coordination, UAT governance, and rollout planning.
• Compliance & Security: Ensuring all products align with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations for digital and alternate banking channels, alongside demonstrating strong expertise in digital banking security standards and frameworks.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this senior-level role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a local or foreign university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Experience: A minimum of 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in either banking or non-banking sectors.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years of age as of the application date.
