  1. Strategic HR Leadership

· Lead HR policy formulation, review, and enforcement across all departments.

  1. Talent Acquisition & Seafarer Management

· Supervise end-to-end recruitment of seafarers across all designations.
· Strategically build and expand a robust database of qualified seafarers via job portals, maritime institutions, and industry networks.
· Direct the entire seafarer onboarding lifecycle, including availability confirmation, credential verification, interviews, contracts, medicals, visa processing, and travel coordination.

  1. HR Operations & Compliance

· Ensure accurate maintenance and governance of all employee service records, contracts, and HR documentation.
· Guarantee compliance with Pakistani labor laws, maritime regulations, and company HR policies.
· Liaise with relevant government agencies such as the Pakistan Shipping Office and Mercantile Marine Department on seaborne human resource matters.
· Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding employee and organizational data.

  1. Employee Relations & Engagement

· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through structured engagement initiatives and open-door practices.
