Career Opportunity: Segment Head – Governance & Quality Control at The Bank of Punjab

The bank is inviting applications for the position of Segment Head – Governance & Quality Control within its Contact Center (Information Technology Group), based in Lahore.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will hold a senior-level position (Grade Band-5 to Band-3) and will be entrusted with a range of critical operational and oversight duties, including:

· Managing the timely validation and processing of all customer financial and non-financial requests.
· Overseeing the Contact Center for BANCA Insurance (CBC).
· Ensuring team productivity aligns with defined parameters set by the bank.
· Managing CCTV camera access to view and retrieve recordings as needed.
· Effectively communicating bank policies, processes, and product initiatives while ensuring timely compliance.
· Holding review sessions with team members based on correspondence and call evaluations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in this governance and quality control leadership role must meet the following requirements:

· Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
· Experience: 9 to 12 years of experience, with preference given to candidates who have at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
· Age: Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
