Available Positions
- Deputy General Manager / Assistant Company Secretary (Job Code 8566-01)
This position exists within the Board Secretariat to ensure that Board procedures are followed, and that all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and best practices are complied with. The role assists the Company Secretary in following up on the implementation of board decisions through effective recording, communication, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders. The position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate laws, statutory requirements, and other prevailing laws, as well as the publication and circulation of the company’s quarterly and annual accounts and reports.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
· CA/ACMA with at least 9 years of post-membership experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in the Company/Board secretariat of a listed State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) or large listed company; OR
· MBA with at least 11 years of experience in the Company/Board secretariat of a listed SOE or large listed company.
Candidates must have hands-on experience and full command over the State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023 & SOEs Policy, Companies Act, 2017, Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019, PSX Rulebook, Securities Act, 2015, CDC Regulations, Correspondence Manual for Listed Companies by PSX, and other applicable laws.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Campaigns (Job Code 8567-01)
The role involves leading the creation of the company’s positive and favorable image through activities relating to BTL (Below The Line), ATL (Above The Line), TTL (Through The Line) Advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and various other marketing communication portfolios.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
· MBA, preferably in Marketing, with at least 6 years of experience.

This position is responsible for creating the company’s positive and favorable image through similar activities, including BTL, ATL, TTL Advertising, publications, events, sponsorships, and other marketing communication portfolios.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
· MBA, preferably in Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience.
