Open Positions and Requirements
The bank is recruiting for specialized roles across Islamabad (ISB) and Karachi (KHI).
1. Team Lead – Credit Administration Dept. (Islamabad)
- Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant fields from an H.E.C. recognized university.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Credit Administration or Operations within financial institutions, overseeing activities related to Corporate, SME, and Trade Finance.
2. Regional Business Manager (Karachi)
- Qualification: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Professional certifications like CFA or FRM are considered assets.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and FI segments. Candidates should have a strong background in business development, credit analysis, and exposure to ECA-supported transactions.
3. Manager Claim & Recovery (Islamabad)
- Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in claims and recovery management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Sr. Officer – Finance & Accounts (Islamabad)
- Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. CA inter or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a preference for candidates who have completed their articleship.
