- Basic Qualification: An MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized and registered by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).
- Specialization: A PM&DC-recognized postgraduate medical qualification in the respective or relevant specialty. Alternatively, an equivalent qualification approved by the Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and registered with the PM&DC is acceptable.
- Selection Criteria: Candidates must fully satisfy the PM&DC & MTI criteria established for faculty selection.

www.kgmc.edu.pk. - Submission: The completed form, along with a detailed bio-data and attested copies of academic and experience records, must be submitted to the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar.
- Deadline: Applications must reach the HR office within two (02) weeks of the advertisement’s publication during official office hours.
2. Processing Fee
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000 must be paid.
- Payment can be made in cash at the KGMC Account Section cashier in Peshawar, or deposited online into the Bank of Khyber (BOK) account titled “Salary Account of KGMC Employees” (Account No. 3005642387). The original deposit slip must be attached to the application.
3. Selection and Testing
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
- If the number of applicants is exceptionally high, the institution reserves the right to conduct an Entry Test or shortlist based on pre-interview marks. (Note: Entry test marks will not carry weightage in the final aggregate score).
- Government servants or employees working in private institutions must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments. Selected civil servants will be required to resign from civil service upon appointment.
